Rain, wind and tornadoes have arrived with Typhoon Hagibis placing in Rugby World Cup game cancellations.
The conditions have seen Englands Pool C clash with France in Yokohama and New Zealand Pool B game against Italy known as off.
A decision will be made at 12am (BST) on Sunday over whether Scotland along with World Cup hosts Japans critical Pool A encounter in Yokohama will proceed.
World Rugby has urged supporters not to travel unless it isabsolutely crucial, with flight and train services profoundly disrupted.

Typhoon Hagibis, final in from the Pacific, attracted heavy rain in wide areas of Japan ahead of its landfall, such as Shizuoka and Mie prefectures, south west of Tokyo, in addition to Chiba into the north, that had suffered power outages and damaged houses from last months typhoon.
A tornado ripped through Chiba on Saturday, overturning a vehicle in the city of Ichihara and killing a man inside.
Heavy rain and strong winds have been beating Tokyo since the worst typhoon.
The one that struck the Tokyo area in 1958 left.
Hagibis, sospeed in Filipino, was progressing northwestward with highest sustained winds of 100 miles per houraccording to the Japan Meteorological Agency.
Military troops and some 17,000 police are called up, status ready for rescue operations.
