Ashes 2019: England named unchanged 13-man squad for final Test at The Oval


England have named an squad to the final Ashes Test at The Oval.
Joe Root’s side fell to defeat at Old Trafford since Australia kept the urn and mind to their international red-ball match monitoring the five-match series 2-1.
England can draw the string and Root called on his side to turn for the final Test of the series in London, with Test Championship points available.
Despite the hosts’ batsmen having fought throughout the show with Joe Denly having impressed after his promotion into the top of the order in Manchester the top-order looks set to stay in place.
As the hosts fought to rescue the Test, the 33-year-old created a battling 53 off 123 balls in the second innings of England and is one of just three batsmen to make more than 1 half-century in the set.
Roy’s move down to # 4 attracted his greatest score in Test cricket since he fought 31 off 67 balls in the second innings at Old Trafford to him.
